Apartments Plans for OLX Group

Students developed a system for automated information extraction from apartment plans for OLX Group Poland, using neural networks. The module recognizes key data such as floor area, kitchen type, wall layout, windows, and other elements.
📌 This project marks the first step toward a solution where property sellers can simply upload a floor plan instead of manually describing the apartment, and buyers can find their perfect match—for example, an apartment where the kitchen is next to the dining room and has a southwest exposure.
The project is conducted for OLX Group.

Banery for OLX Group

Students developed an innovative AI-powered tool for OLX Group Poland. Its purpose is to generate advertising banners based on a short description, which can be used on OLX, Otodom, and Otomoto platforms.
💡🔥 This is a great example of how AI supports creativity and automation in marketing!
The project is conducted for OLX Group.

ProperMan for PUT

Efficient resource management is the key to the effective operation of any organization, especially in large institutions such as universities. The number of assets owned and the complex organizational structure make asset responsibility a challenge.
💡 The team designed and implemented an asset management system that assigns individual assets to responsible employees, simplifying and streamlining the entire process.
The project is conducted for Poznan Univesrsity of Technology.

Renovations and Investments for PUT

As part of SDS 2024/2025, students designed and implemented a new module for the electronic document workflow system used at Poznań University of Technology.
The module enables: 🔹 Submitting renovation and investment proposals – e.g., office renovations or installing an elevator in a building 🔹 Managing and processing requests 🔹 Creating annual renovation plans
🚀 Thanks to this solution, the entire process will be faster, more transparent, and well-organized!
The project is conducted for Poznan Univesrsity of Technology.

Scenario Modelling for ITTI

Students developed a system for creating training scenarios for uniformed services, enabling precise planning of actions: who, when, what, and with which equipment should perform specific tasks. This allows for the easy and efficient organization of training exercises, such as rescue operations during fires or floods.
🔍 The tool is based on TGM (Trial Guidance Methodology). Moreover, students released it under the MIT license – you can find it here: https://github.com/sm-tool/sm-tool.
The project is conducted with ITTI Sp. z o.o..

VoluMan for PUT

Volunteers play a crucial role in responding to pandemics, natural disasters, and migration crises. However, as the scale of operations grows, so do the challenges of effective coordination.
📌 The team redesigned the server architecture of VoluMan, a volunteer management tool. The new server implementation covers 90% of the defined functions related to volunteer status management, activity scheduling, and team coordination.
The project is conducted for Poznan Univesrsity of Technology.

Web2AI for PCSS

Students developed a tool for extracting and processing data from websites, enabling its storage in a chosen format. This allows available information resources to be used for training AI models and developing innovative solutions.
🔍💡 A great example of how technology helps transform raw data into valuable knowledge!.
The project is conducted for Poznań Supercomputing and Networking Center (PCSS).
